Typically residential projects involve multiple trades working in relatively small areas.  Our systems and procedures, developed over many years, ensure that the high quality of workmanship expected by the owner can be realized with limited trade damage.  Touch-up kits are provided for each unit to anticipate the maintenance needs of the tenant.
